Hi! We’re Anj and Minoti and we’re delighted to bring you a transformational online coaching programme, embodied through movement and inner change work, created to help you emerge in your own way.

Uncover your true expression and tap into your creative energy by engaging in deep conversations, anchored through the medium of simple but powerful classical Indian dance.

Each of the four chapters within the programme represents an element – earth, fire, air and water – and are designed to give you the practical skills to navigate life with greater confidence and ease. They are:

Earth – for grounding and harnessing your inner power

Air – for exploring purpose, gaining clarity and listening to your intuition

Water – to explore your creativity, adaptability and agility

Fire – to feel confident to show up, speak up and take action

Anj is personal development expert who has been featured widely across the media and included in books for her global changemaking work. Minoti is a semi-professional classical Indian dancer, international Master of Ceremonies and former TV presenter. We’ve taken this journey ourselves, stepping up to bigger platforms. We’d love to help you tap into your own inner power – with our support.

How it works

Anj will guide you through discussion and a series of coaching questions, with research-backed resources for you to use and keep.

Minoti will introduce you to precise dance movements and mudras (hand movements) that will help you connect to the shifts that you experience throughout the session.

The online programme is accessible to all, whatever your physical ability. All you need is curiosity, an open mindset, and a desire to makes a change within your life.

Earth

“We are just like the earth, from whom we take so much and give back too little. Our energy body has so much to give but needs to be harnessed sustainably. It requires subtle inquiry, careful listening, clear boundaries and periods of grace.” Toko-Pa Turner, Belonging: Remembering Ourselves Home

In this workshop, we will discuss balance – which aspects of our life are out of sync and how we can place ourselves on more stable ground.

Maybe your career has been going well but you’re not fulfilled. Or you have material things but haven’t found the right life partner? Maybe you have a great support network but have money worries? These aspects of our lives are interrelated. When one area of our life is out of balance, there is a knock-on effect on other areas.

We will share ways to help you reflect on your inner and outer worlds and identify where and how you can make changes. You will benefit from tools, strategies, and resources to be able to set healthy boundaries, how to navigate challenging life situations, and how to prepare the ground for a more purposeful, smoother life.

Air

“Ideas are a disembodied, energetic life-form… ideas spend eternity swirling around us, searching for available and willing human partners. When an idea thinks it has found somebody – say, you – who might be able to bring it into the world, the idea will pay you a visit. It will try to get your attention. Mostly, you will not notice. This is likely because you’re so consumed by your own dramas, anxieties, distractions, insecurities, and duties that you aren’t receptive to inspiration.” Elizabeth Gilbert, Big Magic

In this workshop, we will discuss purpose, how to gain clarity and listen to your intuition.

Maybe you’re thinking that there’s more that you can do to make a difference in the world. Maybe you’re frustrated because you’re not quite sure how you can make an impact. Maybe you have lots of great ideas but don’t know how to bring them into the kind of reality that can support your life.

We will share ways to help you reflect on your inner and outer worlds and identify where and how you can make changes. You will benefit from tools, strategies and resources to tune in to your wise inner voice in a way that works for you, capture your ideas and explore your purpose.

Water

“The river does not flow in polluted, we manage that. The river does not dry up, we block it. If we want to allow it its freedom, we have to allow our ideational lives to be let loose, to stream, letting anything come, initially censoring nothing. That is creative life. It is made up of divine paradox. To create one must be willing to be stone stupid, to sit upon a throne on top of a jackass and spill rubies from one’s mouth. Then the river will flow, then we can stand in the stream of it raining down.” Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes

In this workshop, we will explore your creativity, adaptability and agility.

Maybe you’ve been so busy at work and taking care of your household that you feel that you don’t have time to do anything creative. Maybe there was a form of creativity – singing, painting, crafting, needlework – that you used to love and haven’t picked up for years. Maybe you feel stuck in a rut but are too tired to find the way out?

We will share ways to help you retrieve your creative self, not just in terms of the art of creation but in terms of your thoughts and creative solution-finding too. You will benefit from tools, strategies and resources to be able to rediscover your love of creating.
