Our Changemaker Development Programmes

We equip you with the skills, connections and platform to make change
Activist Audre Lorde famously said, “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” Radical self-care is essential for changemakers. Self-care is more than bubble baths or spa days. It includes staying true to your values, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, prioritising tasks and exercising your rights.
At our >>residentials<< we go deep to uncover your purpose and bring clarity to the life or work issues that are hindering your full potential as a changemaker. These weekends have been described as “Life-changing!”
They say two heads are better than one, so how about four or more? Over the weekend, you will share space with other changemakers, gain clarity, flesh out your ideas and extend your network. Our residentials have been described as life-changing!
Our next residential will take place from 17-19 May 2025 at Malham Wellness retreat. It’s a stone-built property with space for yoga mats and a hot tub on the terrace. If you’re ready to accelerate your social mission with the joyful support of others, book your place or register your interest for future residentials.
POWER HOURS are our way of making consultancy affordable to changemakers who are at change/decision points in their journey.
These one-hour sessions, priced at £150, are designed to be fast-paced and tactical. Within the hour, you will address 1-3 outcomes you’d like practical advice with, whether it’s to get unstuck, benefit from a sounding board, or receive guidance on policies and practices. We cover:
– Leadership development or Good Governance
– Organisational strategy
– Building effective partnerships
– Social impact: how to measure and communicate it

Liz Wright
I have had a number of power hour coaching sessions with Anj, where I have seen such growth and development in myself, and I have her to thank for that. My most recent session was to do with major change in life coming my way.
Like a lot of people, I don‘t deal well with change and I have a tendency to build things up too much I’m head, feeding my anxiety and generally paralysing myself towards action.
Anj helped me cut through the anxiety to find the practical ways to manage my emotions and actions, to find a creative way forward that I need, building confidence in myself and what I am capable of creating for myself.
I chose Anj’s power hour coaching session because of her specialty in supporting change in people and organisations and I knew that she would be able to guide me through, and make me feel safe whilst doing it.
