The structures that protect inequity don’t fix themselves. Neither does the world become fairer or safer for women without people who refuse to accept that it will.
IWC is a community for changemakers of all genders who are in this for the long game. For £35 a year, you become part of a space where the intersectional, structural and sometimes uncomfortable work of advancing women’s rights is taken seriously, and where you do not have to do it alone.
Since 2017, we have been bringing together people who see the issues, understand why change is necessary, and are committed to doing something about it.

What Your Membership Makes Possible
Your membership contributes directly to our Changemaker Bursary Fund, which provides subsidised and fully-funded places for people experiencing financial hardship on IWC training, coaching and programmes. Changemaking should not be a privilege of the financially secure. Your £35 helps make sure it is not.
As one of the event organizers for the Nu Knows Parent-Teen Summit 2026, I contacted Anj to ask if she would coach one of our speakers, a disabled young carer, in preparing their talk. I was only meant to be listening in to the mentoring call but what I witnessed taught me a lot too. Anj is a professional speaker, but she didn’t simply give speaking tips. As a DEI and systems change expert, she guided our young speaker on aspects such as naming complex systemic barriers, safeguarding and how to influence professionals. She gave practical guidance that was affirming of the young person’s lived experience and skills. They left the call more confident, more focused, and with a sharper understanding of how to make their story land as advocacy.

Cllr Adele Bates
Behavioural specialist Adele says: “IWC is a place that’s safe for the messy, intersectional conversations that can be shied away from in other communities.”

Natasha Early
Our long-standing member Natasha says: "I’ve been educated on white supremacy and racism by some incredible Women of Colour and True White Allies.
This confirms to me exactly why Inspiring Women Changemakers is a community I am proud to subscribe to and why no other ‘women’s group’ has ever appealed to me. They were just too damned white! P.S. The name IWC belies the inclusivity and diversity you encourage"
