Your £35 annual pledge enables us to offer a safer online space where changemakers can connect, learn and drive change to make the world a fairer, safer place for all women and other marginalised people. At all levels, women still experience disproportionate inequalities in jobs, pay, health, education, and access to finance. They are typically responsible for the majority of caring and household responsibilities. When other layers are added, such as race, disability, age, neurodivergence or gender reassignment, they face even greater challenges.

You’ll be invited to the Members only area in our online community, which offers an even safer space for you to discuss your social mission, get help and access learning and insights from other members. You’ll even get a digital badge to send a public signal that you belong to this fabulous community.
